“I believe that we often live our lives stretched to the very end of ourselves. We don't often give ourselves the opportunity to experience any soulful margin in our lives. Even in seasons of life that are less busy, it can be easy to neglect giving attention to our souls. This will be our work together! We will be Encountering the Divine through different ancient and creative spiritual practices. We'll use practices like lectio divina, natura divina, and visio divina as guides to divinely interact through words, nature, and art. These practices will help us engage our senses, move our bodies, connect with nature, and reflect on our inner life. Whether these practices are new or familiar, my goal for our time together is for you to leave a little more grounded, a little more rested, and with a little more spaciousness in your spirit.”
